摘　　要：目的:探究5A护理模式在预防洋地黄中毒中的作用。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年12月我院收治并采用地高辛治疗的96例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用5A护理模式,比较两组服药依从性、疾病知识了解情况、用药知识掌握情况、生活质量及中毒情况。结果:观察组服药依从性为100.00%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疾病知识了解度为93.75%,高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药知识掌握度为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的各项生活质量指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未发生洋地黄中毒事件,而对照组的发生率为12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性心力衰竭患者服用地高辛治疗过程中,采用5A护理模式可有效提高患者疾病知识了解度、用药知识掌握度,从而提升患者的服药依从性和患者的生活质量,并降低药物中毒发生率,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To explore the role of 5A nursing model in the prevention of digitalis poisoning.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic heart failure treated with digoxin in the hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given 5A nursing mode.The medication compliance,disease knowledge,medication knowledge,quality of life and poisoning were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication compliance of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 87.50%of the control group,the differene was statistically significant(P<0.05).The understanding of disease knowledge in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 79.17%in the control group,the differene was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastery of medication knowledge in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%in the control group,the differene was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differene was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no occurrence of digitalis poisoning in the observation group,while the incidence of the control group was 12.50%,the differene was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with digoxin,the use of 5A nursing mode can effectively improve the understanding of disease knowledge and medication knowledge of patients,thereby improving the medication compliance and quality of life of patients,and reducing the incidence of drug poisoning,which is worthy of clinical reference.
