摘  要:针对当前湘钢中厚板在线淬火工艺受限于45 mm以内厚度规格的局限,为提升厚规格钢板生产效率,采用在线淬火+离线回火热处理工艺对60 mm厚Q620MD钢板进行了试制。介绍了Q620MD钢板化学成分设计,控制轧制、在线淬火工艺,主要研究了不同回火温度、相关保温时间下60 mm厚钢板的组织性能,以确定最佳回火工艺。结果表明:采用低碳、低合金化学成分设计、采用合理的控制轧制、在线淬火工艺,以及回火温度(650±10)℃、保温时间(2.5 min/mm×板厚) min的回火工艺,60 mm厚Q620MD钢板组织为贝氏体,钢板强度富裕量及冲击性能较为理想。该规格钢板的试制成功,拓展了当前湘钢在线淬火钢板的厚度规格,为热处理厚板产能的发挥提供了技术支持。In view of the limitation of the thickness gauge within 45 mm of the current online quenching process for medium and heavy plate in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., in order to improve the production efficiency of heavy gauge plates, the 60 mm thickness Q620 MD plate was trial-produced by the online quenching+offline tempering heat treatment process. The chemical composition design, controlled rolling and online quenching process of Q620 MD plate were introduced, and the microstructure and properties of 60 mm thickness plate under different tempering temperatures and relevant holding time were mainly studied to determine the best tempering process. The results show that using low-carbon, low-alloy chemical composition design, reasonable controlled rolling, online quenching process, and tempering process with tempering temperature(650±10) ℃ and holding time(2.5 min/mm×plate thickness) min, the microstructure of the plate is bainite, and the strength margin and impact performance are ideal. The gauge of plate was expanded in Xiangsteel, which was produced by online quenching process, and technical support for the production capacity of heat-treated heavy plates was provided based on the successful trial production of the 60 mm thickness Q620 MD plate.
