浒苔蛋白核的显微观察

摘　　要：目前国内外药学专家对于绿藻的蛋白核研究较少。本课题采用苏木精染色法,成功发现了浒苔蛋白核。浒苔蛋白核为球形或椭圆形,排布于细胞中部,含类囊体数目n=1~4个之间。该研究对于浒苔的光合作用、生活史的研究、浒苔蛋白抗肿瘤药物研发等方面具有重要理论和实践意义。At present,there are few studies on the pyrenoid of green algae by pharmaceutical experts at home and abroad.The pyrenoid of Enteromorphaprolifera was successfully found by hematoxylin staining.Enteromorphaprolifera pyrenoid is spherical or oval,arranged in the middle of the cell,with the number of thylakoids n=1-4.This study has important theoretical and practical significance for the photosynthesis,life history,anti-tumor drug research and development of Enteromorphaprolifera protein.
