摘  要:目的分析QUICK-CHECK晨检仪检测加速器的剂量学参数响应,为评估QUICK-CHECK的性能及临床放射治疗提供依据。方法选取瓦里安Trilogy直线加速器的6MV,15MV,6MeV,9MeV,12MeV,15MeV共6档能量进行研究,对比分析晨检仪检测得到的加速器的中心轴输出剂量、射野平坦度、射野对称性、射线质因子等数据。结果中心轴剂量6MV射线变化范围和平均差值最小,最大差值为1.43%,平均差值为0.31%;12MeV变化范围最大,最大差值为2.9%,而6MeV的平均差值最大为1.04%;加速器剂量学参数稳定,射线质因子偏差在±2%内,其他参数偏差在±3%以内。结论QUICK-CHECK晨检仪能够快速准确检测瓦里安Trilogy加速器的各剂量学参数,符合机器的日常质控要求,为临床放射治疗提供依据。Objective To analyze the response of QUICK-CHECK morning inspection instrument on the dosimetric parameters,and provide basis for evaluating the performance of QUICK-CHECK and clinical radiotherapy.Methods Six graders of energies of 6MV,15MV,6MeV,9MeV,12MeV,15MeV of Varian Trilogy linear accelerator were selected on the study.The output dose of the accelerator's central axis,the flatness of the field,the symmetry of the field,and the quality index were analyzed.These dosimetric parameters were tested by QUICK-CHECK.Results The radiation range and average difference of the central axis dose of 6MV are the smallest,and the maximum difference is 1.43%,the average difference is 0.31%.The radiation range of 12MeV is the largest,the maximum difference is 2.9%.The average difference of 6MeV is the maximum and it’s 1.04%.The other dosimetric parameters of the accelerator are stable.The quality index is within±2%and the others are within±3%.Conclusion The QUICK-CHECK morning inspection instrument can detect the dosimetric parameters of the Varian Trilogy accelerator quickly and accurately,which meets the requirements of daily quality assurance of the machine and provides a basis for clinical radiotherapy.
