摘　　要：介绍了电动弧形阀、电动双弧形重锤阀和气动重锤翻板阀的工作原理,分析了这些传统阀门在实际生产中的不足之处,并基于以上研究开发了一种新型双层气动闸板阀。双层气动闸板阀开关灵活,布置有上下两个阀体和“中间箱”,具有双层“料封”,锁风效果好;设计有防止熟料颗粒卡堵阀板的“逃逸”机构,可通过PLC控制屏调整各灰斗阀板的开闭时间,实现了“自动化、零故障、零泄露、免维护”的自动控制功能。This paper introduced the working principle of electric curved valve,double curved electric-hammer valve and pneumatic-hammer flap valve.The weakness of these traditional valves has been analyzed in practical production.Base on the above research,we developed a new type of double-layer pneumatic gate valve.The double-layer pneumatic gate valve is composed of two upper and lower body and"middle box".It has the characteristics of flexible switch and good airlock effect.The valve is provided with an"escape"mechanism to prevent the clinker powder from blocking the valve plate.The opening and closing time of the gate can be adjusted by the PLC controller,and so the automatic control function of"automation,zero failure,zero leakage and maintenance-free"is realized.
