摘 要:航空发动机复杂构件实际生产中需使用多轴高档数控机床,由于该设备购置费用高、电能消耗大、操作难度大、安全系数低、实验耗时长等问题而难以开出实际训练项目。为了使学生了解航空构件的加工过程,利用计算机建模和动作交互等现代信息技术构建了航空发动机复杂构件多轴加工过程虚拟仿真实验项目。介绍了航空复杂零件的加工必要性及存在问题,探讨了虚拟仿真实验教学项目的目标、内容设置以及特色,该项目激发了学生学习航空零件加工制造技术的兴趣,提高了学生的实践能力,为培养高质量航空技术应用型人才提供有力支持。The production of complex aero-engine components is made by using of multi-axis high-end CNC machine tools.It is difficult to start actual training projects for the high purchase and maintenance costs of the equipment,the high energy consumption,the difficulty of operation,the low safety factor and the long time consumption.In order to enable students to understand the machining process of aerospace components,a modern simulation technology such as computer modeling and motion interaction was used to construct a virtual simulation experiment project for the multi-axis machining process of aero-engine complex components.This article introduces the necessity and existing problems of the machining of complex aviation parts,and discusses the goal,content and characteristics of the virtual simulation experiment teaching project.This project has stimulated students’interest in learning aviation parts processing and manufacturing technology,improved their practical ability,and provided strong support for the cultivation of high-quality aviation technology application talents.
