金课浪潮下的发酵工程实验课程改革

摘　　要：发酵工程实验是生物工程类专业的基本课程之一。本次课程改革是通过MOOC线上课程学习,借助虚拟仿真实验模拟操作、实际发酵罐上进行实践操作、利用中试车间完整实践一个产品发酵全过程。实现了MOOC线上学习、虚拟仿真练习、实验室罐体实验、中试车间产品验证的四位一体高度融合学习过程。课程改革使学生的满意度接近100%,对发酵知识的掌握,对实际操作的规范实践,对专业思想的坚定,都有极大的上升。Fermentation engineering experiment is one of the basic courses of bioengineering specialty.Based on the using of MOOC online courses learning,operating with the help of virtual simulation experiment and practicing on fermenter to completely practice a product fermentation process in pilot plant.A course realizes highly integrated learning process of online MOOC learning,virtual simulation exercise,laboratory fermentation tank experiment and product verification in pilot workshop.Satisfaction of students to curriculum reform is close to 100%,mastery of fermentation knowledge,standard practice of practical operation and firmness of professional thought have been greatly improved.
