摘　　要：在国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目的建设与申报中,除满足实验功能、技术规范、开放共享等遴选指标外,也应符合面向产出教学的OBE理念,构建高速铁路虚实联动、全景控制、网络协同的半实物仿真平台,引入自主研发的运行图编制系统、CTC行车调度系统,设计分层次、分角色的实验方式,采用面向达成度的过程考核方法,并实现了基于数据的达成度评价,形成“高速铁路网行车组织全过程管控一体化虚拟仿真实验”国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目。In the national virtual simulation experiment teaching project construction and application,in addition to meet the requirements of teaching,technical specification,open sharing,and shall comply with the OBE concept of output oriented teaching philosophy.We build a semi-physical experimental platform based on the technologies include virtual reality,panorama control and network cooperation.Using software such as train schedule system and CTC dispatching system.Designing different layers and roles teaching patterns,adopting the process assessment method oriented to achievement,realizing the achievement evaluation based on data,and formed the national virtual simulation experiment teaching project(Virtual simulation experiment of integrated management and control in the whole process of traffic organization in high-speed railway network).
