摘　　要：工程测量教学仪器是开展测绘学相关本科实践教学活动和培养测绘人才的支撑条件,存在着使用频率高、结构复杂、精度要求高等特点。针对仪器管理过程中存在的故障频发、完好率低、管理模式陈旧等问题,提出一种多方协同全寿命周期管理模式,通过学校学院管理者、实验技术人员、任课教师、学生等与仪器管理有密切联系的人员之间相互协作,从论证购置、建账入库到出库使用、维护维修以及报废处置等阶段对仪器进行全寿命周期管理。结果表明:通过多年的实践和不断改进,该模式可以明显提高仪器使用效率,延长使用寿命,降低故障率,从而保证测量实践教学活动有序进行。Engineering surveying teaching instruments are the supporting conditions for undergraduate practical teaching activities related to surveying and mapping and the cultivation of surveying and mapping talents.They have the characteristics of high frequency of use,complex structure and high accuracy requirements.Aiming at the problems of frequent failures,low intact rate and outdated management mode in the process of instrument management,a multi-party collaborative full life cycle management model is proposed.Through school college administrators,laboratory technicians,classroom teachers,students,etc.and instrument management,the closely-connected personnel collaborate with each other to perform life-cycle management of the instrument from the stages of purchase,construction and storage to use,maintenance,repair and scrap disposal.The results show that through years of practice and continuous improvement,this mode can significantly improve the efficiency of the instrument,extend the service life,and reduce the failure rate,thereby ensuring the orderly conduct of measurement practice teaching activities.
