摘　　要：本文基于2014~2019年OECD数字服务贸易壁垒数据库和亚洲开发银行投入产出表的数据,研究数字服务贸易壁垒对价值链长度的影响,研究发现:数字服务贸易壁垒显著缩短了价值链长度,尤其是缩短了上游行业的前向价值链长度及下游行业的后向价值链长度;数字服务贸易壁垒主要通过降低服务要素投入和提高中间品贸易成本两种途径缩短价值链长度;异质性检验显示,数字服务贸易壁垒对复杂价值链长度、FDI水平更高的国家的负面作用更大。因此,应积极落实国家数字化战略,增加数字贸易制度性供给,减少数字服务贸易壁垒,促进生产分工深度参与。Based on the OECD Digital Service Trade Restrictiveness database and the Asian Development Bank input-output table,this paper studies the impact of digital service trade barriers on the length of global value chain using the data from 2014 to 2019.It is found that the digital service trade barriers significantly shorten the length of global value chain,especially the forward value chain length of the upstream industry and the backward value chain length of the downstream industry.The digital service trade barriers mainly shorten the length of global value chain by reducing the input of service factors and increasing the cost of intermediate trade.The analysis of heterogeneity shows that compared with the simple global value chain length,the digital service trade barriers have a greater negative effect on the complex global value chain length.The more FDI a country has,the greater the impact of digital service trade barriers on the length of its value chain.So the implication is to actively implement the national digitization strategy,increase the institutional supply of digital trade,reduce digital service trade barriers and promote the deep participation of production division.
