摘  要:该文针对现有膜式燃气表读数装置的不足,提出了一种基于机器视觉和激光传感的膜式燃气表自动读数装置。燃气表通气运转时采用激光传感器的测距原理识别其计数器末位字轮右侧轮齿、发送脉冲信号并记录转过的轮齿个数,通气流量达到检定点流量后可随时开始检定,不受限于末位字轮某一开始或者某一结束位置,提高了检定效率,检定的准确性也显著提高。同步采用图像识别方式获得燃气表读数,与激光传感器测算出的被检表累积流量示值进行比较和交叉验证,提高采集数据的可靠性。Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing diaphragm gas meter reading device,an automatic reading device of diaphragm gas meter based on machine vision and laser sensing is proposed in this paper.During the work of gas meter,the ranging principle of the laser sensor is adopted to identify the right gear teeth of the last word wheel of the gas meter counter,send pulse signals and record the number of gear teeth turned.The verification can be started at any time after the ventilation flow reaches the flow of the verification point,which is not limited to a certain start or end position of the last word wheel.So the verification efficiency is improved,the accuracy of verification is also significantly improved.The gas meter reading is synchronously obtained by image recognition,and compared and cross verified with the cumulative flow indication of the tested meter calculated by the laser sensor,so as to improve the reliability of the collected data.
