摘 要:以中药药效与量效原理为依据,运用对比实验的方法将被试分成2大组6小组,视课堂教学、课外活动、业余竞赛的不同组合为药方;视不同学期为时长;视体质健康等为“病症”,对当前校园足球活动教育功效进行药效与量效的关系检验。结果表明:采用不同药方的被试者体质健康水平都随着持续参与锻炼的增加而逐步改善,其中第3组药方的被试体质健康水平提升最多;在行为规范改善方面,除5年级第3组被试经过1学年锻炼后才具有差异外,其它组没有差异;在自尊方面采用第3组药方的被试存在差异和显著差异,这与成功感有关;心理健康水平方面5年级第2、3组被试的提升较快,实验结果提示这与年龄增长有关。Based on the principle of pharmacodynamics and dose-effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the subjects were divided into two groups and six groups by means of comparative experiment.Different combinations of classroom teaching,extracurricular activities and amateur competitions were regarded as prescriptions.Depending on the length of the term;taking physical health as the"disease",the relationship between the efficacy and the quantity and effect of the current campus football education effect was tested.The results showed that the physical health level of the subjects treated with different prescriptions improved gradually with the increase of continuous participation in the exercise,and the physical health level of the subjects treated with the third group of prescriptions improved the most.In terms of the improvement of behavior norms,there was no difference in the other groups except the third group in the fifth grade after one school year of exercise.There were differences and significant differences in self-esteem among the third group,which was related to feelings of success;in terms of mental health level,the second and third groups of fifth graders improved rapidly,and the experimental results suggested that this was related to the growth of age.
