摘　　要：结合安全播出实际工作,对基于TS over IP技术的电视监测系统的系统设计原则、主体功能架构及技术保障能力进行研究。该系统将多种不同功能子系统整合,节目监测数据和IP码流分析数据相结合,实现了对基于IP传输的数字电视信号的全面、深度分析监测,使值班员能够更准确、快速地实现对异态信息的判障和处理。In this paper,the system design principles,main function architecture and technical support capability of the TS over IP technology-based TV monitoring system are studied and discussed in conjunction with the actual work of safe broadcasting.This monitoring system integrates a variety of different functional subsystems,and combines programme monitoring data and IP code stream analysis data to achieve comprehensive and in-depth analysis and monitoring of digital TV signals based on IP transmission,enables the operators on duty to identify and process anomalous information or faults more accurately and quickly.
