摘  要:目的:针对目前医院高危儿门诊流程的弊端,探索一个适合高危儿门诊的全流程管理体系。方法:梳理高危儿门诊流程,整合各业务平台,运用信息化手段,建立一个全院统一的高危儿随访管理平台。结果:平台上线以来,妇幼保健的高危儿管理工作实现了全流程信息化管理,医院高危儿管理工作更加规范,提升了高危儿门诊医生的工作质量和效率。结论:科学的高危儿门诊管理平台的应用有助于优化医院的高危儿管理工作水平,促进高危儿管理工作的顺利进行。Objective To explore a whole-process management system which is suitable for outpatient service of high-risk infants based on the current disadvantages of the outpatient service process of high-risk infants in hospitals.Methods A unified follow-up management platform for high-risk infants in the hospital was established by summarizing the outpatient procedures of high-risk infants,integrating the business platforms,and using means of information.Results Since the launch of the platform,the whole-process information management has been realized for the management of high-risk infants in maternal and child health care,which makes the management of high-risk infants in the hospital more standardized,and improve the work quality and efficiency of doctors in the outpatient service of high-risk infants.Conclusion The application of the scientific management platform of outpatient service of high-risk infants is helpful to optimize the management level of high-risk infants in hospital and promote the smooth management of high-risk infants.
