摘  要:目的:获取区域内传染病流行的监测预警信息,打造多点触发监测机制,提高传染病监测的时效性和准确性。方法:建立多点触发传染病监测预警系统,通过卫生城域网的转发路由,获取各层级医疗机构的传染病症状、诊断、检验学、放射学数据,结合疾病预防控制机构掌握的流行病学调查、中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病数据,实现多点触发、智慧预警。结果:完成了多点触发传染病监测预警系统的开发,使用监测预警系统的功能和数据,对传染病进行监测预警。结论:多点触发传染病监测预警系统提高了传染病监测工作的时效性和准确性,实现了系统建设的预期。Objective To obtain the monitoring and early warning information of the epidemic of infectious diseases in the region,build a multi-point trigger monitoring mechanism,and improve the timeliness and accuracy of infectious disease monitoring.Methods The infectious disease monitoring and early warning system of multi-point trigger was established.Through the forward routing of the MAN of health,the symptoms,diagnosis,inspection,and radiographic data of infectious diseases of all levels of medical institutions were obtained.Combined with the results of the epidemiological investigation obtained by institutions of disease prevention and control,and data of infectious diseases in the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System,multi-point trigger and intelligent early warning were realized.Results The development of the infectious disease monitoring and early warning system of multi-point trigger was completed,and the function and data of the monitoring and early warning system were used to monitor and early warn infectious diseases.Conclusion The multi-point trigger infectious disease monitoring and early warning system improves the timeliness and accuracy of the infectious disease monitoring and achieves the expectation of system construction.
