摘　　要：探讨武汉市电子健康卡离线应用的设计方案及实践经验。阐述武汉市电子健康卡离线应用设计的总体思路、前置端和中心端改造规则,介绍部署实施策略。武汉市电子健康卡离线应用补充了电子健康卡的功能,明显提高了电子健康卡的使用效果。This paper discusses the design scheme and practical experience of offline application of Wuhan electronic health card,introduces the health card’s general idea of offline application design,the reform rules of front end and center end,and the deployment and implementation strategies.The results show that the offline application of Wuhan Electronic health card complements the function of the electronic health card and improves the effect of the electronic health card obviously.
