摘　　要：目的:基于全院统一大数据平台,实现一体化的急诊专病科学研究,有效促进成果转化。方法:根据福建省立医院实际情况,建立以全院统一大数据平台为基础的科研平台,在此基础上进行急诊专病库建立、数据挖掘、统计分析、疾病预测等工作,优化科研流程,实现科研成果的临床转化。结果:该系统在临床科室得到广泛应用,诞生了一批科研用户及科研项目,助力科研数据需求的采集、提取和分析。结论:基于全院统一大数据平台的急诊专病库支撑了临床科研课题立项、经验总结,满足了临床科研需求,具备良好的实用价值。Objective Based on the unified big data platform of the whole hospital,to realize the integrated scientific research on emergency special disease and effectively promote the transformation of results.Methods According to the actual conditions of Fujian Provincial Hospital,a scientific research platform based on the unified big data platform of the whole hospital was established.On this basis,the establishment of emergency special diseases database,data mining,statistical analysis,disease prediction and other work were carried out to optimize the scientific research process,and realize the clinical transformation of scientific research achievements.Results The system was widely used in clinical departments,a batch of scientific research users and projects are developed to help to collect,extract and analyze the demands of scientific research data.Conclusion The database of emergency special diseases based on the unified big data platform of the whole hospital supports the approval and experience summary of clinical scientific research projects,meets the demands of clinical scientific research,and has good practical value.
