摘　　要：目的:构建输血信息化全流程闭环管理模式,规范用血诊疗行为,提升临床工作效率,提高用血行为的安全性和合理性。方法:分析临床用血传统模式的缺陷,根据国家相关法律法规及国家电子病历五、六级评审要求,结合医院实际情况,以信息化为载体对临床用血管理模式进行优化和再造。结果:将输血管理制度及重点监管环节引入信息化技术手段,结合临床实际需求及管理部门要求,建立安全、合理的用血信息化管理模式。结论:用血信息化闭环管理模式的应用实现了用血全程可追溯、用血信息全院共享和条码化管理,有助于医院对临床用血的安全性的监管需求,提升了临床用血综合管理水平。Objective To build a full-process closed-loop management mode of blood transfusion information,standardize diagnosis and treatment behavior of blood use,improve clinical work efficiency,and improve the safety and rationality of blood use behavior.Methods The defects of the traditional mode of clinical blood use were analyzed.The management mode of clinical blood use was optimized and reconstructed with the carrier of information according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the requirements of Level-5 and Level-6 review of national electronic medical records,and combined with the actual conditions of the hospital.Results Information technology was introduced into blood transfusion management system and key supervision links,and a safe and reasonable information management model of blood use was established according to the actual clinical demands and the requirements of management departments.Conclusion The application of closed-loop management mode of blood use information realizes the whole-process traceability of blood use,the sharing of blood use information in the whole hospital and barcode management,which is conducive to the supervision demands of the hospital for the safety of clinical blood use and improves the comprehensive management level of clinical blood use.
