北京市公立中医类医院微信公众平台建设与运行现况研究

摘　　要：目的:了解北京市公立中医医院微信公众平台建设运行现况,为提升中医医院信息服务水平提供参考。方法:通过手机微信App收集北京市38所不同级别公立中医类医院的微信公众平台,获取数据并分析。结果:截至2020年6月,有35所中医医院开通了共157个微信公众平台;开发比例最高的菜单功能是预约挂号,仅有28个平台开发了中医特色菜单;110个平台推文数量≤100篇/年,36个平台推文更新时间≤7 d,75个平台原创推文为0;不同级别公立中医类医院的平台开通、推文数量及原创推文数量差异有统计学意义。结论:北京市公立中医类医院微信平台开通情况良好,但存在中医特色菜单开发比例较低,多数平台推文量少、更新迟缓、原创推文不足等问题,传播效果有待进一步提升。Objective To understand the construction and operation of WeChat public platform of public traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals in Beijing,and provide reference for raising the information service level of TCM hospitals.Methods The WeChat public platforms of 38 public TCM hospitals of different levels in Beijing were collected through the mobile WeChat App,and the data was obtained and analyzed.Results By June 2020,35 TCM hospitals had opened 157 WeChat public platforms;the menu function with the highest proportion of development was appointment and registration,and special menu of TCM was developed for only 28 platforms;the number of tweets on 110 platforms is equal to or less than 100 per year,the update time of tweets on 36 platforms is equal to or less than 7 days,and the number of original tweets on 75 platforms are 0;and there were statistically significant differences in platform opening,number of tweets and number of original tweets in different levels of public TCM hospitals.Conclusion A lot of public TCM hospitals in Beijing have opened the WeChat platforms,but there are problems such as low proportion of TCM special menu of development,a small number of tweets on most platforms,slow update and insufficient original tweets.The communication effect needs to be further improved.
