摘　　要：信息化是当前医院建设中极为重要的一种管理方法,医疗设备管理的信息化成熟度可以直观地反映出医院的信息化管理水平。本研究通过对三级医院信息化管理政策背景的分析,基于SPO模型构建出三级医院医疗设备管理信息化成熟度评价指标体系的初步框架,其中包括基础能力、系统功能、数据管理、服务效果4个一级指标以及13个二级指标。在此基础之上,构建0-5级成熟度评价等级,并对指标的评分方法加以说明。Informatization is a very important management method in the current hospital construction.The informatization maturity of medical device management can directly reflect the informatization management level of the hospital.By analyzing the policy background of informatization management in Level-3 hospitals,this study constructed a preliminary framework of the evaluation index system of the informatization maturity of medical device management in Level-3 hospitals based on the SPO model,including 4 Level-1 indicators(basic ability,system function,data management and service effect)and 13 Level-2 indicators.On this basis,the maturity evaluation level including Levels 0-5 was constructed,and the scoring method of the index was explained.
