摘  要:农药是现代农业生产中防治有害生物最直接、最经济和最有效的措施,新烟碱类农药凭借独特的作用机理及其广谱、高效的杀虫活性,成为过去30多年农药领域里程碑式的革新。然而长期大量新烟碱类杀虫剂的投入,造成靶标害虫种群抗性提升,影响生态环境与现代农业的可持续发展。新烟碱类农药与其他农药进行复配能够有效延缓抗药性的产生,还能够扩大防治谱,提高药效,进而减少农药使用量,降低害虫防治成本。旨在对新烟碱类杀虫剂在农药复配中的国内外应用进展进行综述,以期为新烟碱类农药的靶标抗性、减施增效与可持续发展提供科学参考。Agrochemicals are the most direct,economical and effective measures for pest control in modern agricultural production.Neonicotinoids have become a landmark innovation during the development of pesticide in the past 30 years relying on their unique mode of action,broad-spectrum,and efficient bioactivity.However,the resistance enhancement of target pest population has been observed with the increasing use of neonicotinoids for a long time,affecting the sustainable development of ecological environment and modern agriculture.Compounding neonicotinoids with other pesticides could be effective to delay the generation of resistance,which can not only improve the prevention spectrum and insecticidal efficacy,but also reduce the pesticides application and the cost of pest control.This paper aims to review the application progress of neonicotinoids in pesticide compounding,in order to provide a scientific reference for the resistance delay,dosage reduction,efficiency improvement and sustainable development of neonicotinoids.
