摘 要:[目的]制备以Trichoderma brev T069分生孢子粉(8.5×10^(9) CFU/g)为材料的木霉菌可湿性粉剂,并验证其对番茄白粉病的防治效果。[方法]采用控制变量法比较了不同载体、湿润剂、分散剂、紫外保护剂对T.brev T069分生孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响及不同含量的助剂对产品性能的影响,通过盆栽试验验证防效。[结果]确定了T.brev T069可湿性粉剂的最优组成成分及比例:分生孢子粉为20%、湿润剂AB-3为1%、分散剂NNO为5%、紫外保护剂抗坏血酸为1%,并以硅藻土填充至100%。该可湿性粉剂对番茄白粉病的防效为59.31%。[结论]该可湿粉剂的湿润时间为28.73 s,悬浮率为75.76%,pH值为6.21,74μm筛通过率为95.77%,活菌数为1.43×10^(9) CFU/g,按照使用质量浓度为3000 mg/L的水溶液稀释后其表面张力为(46.44±0.54)mN/m。各项指标符合商品制剂的标准,且对番茄白粉病具有一定的防效。该试验为T.brev T069可湿性粉剂的工厂化生产及配方开发奠定基础。[Aims]This study aims to prepare a formula of Trichoderma wettable powder(WP)with Trichoderma brev T069 conidia(8.5×10^(9) CFU/g)as the material and verify of its effectiveness against powdery mildew of tomato.[Methods]The effects of different carriers,wetting agents,dispersants and UV protectants on the germination and mycelial growth of T.brev T069 conidia and product performance were compared using the controlled variable method,and the efficacy of prevention was verified by pot experiments.[Results]The optimal composition and ratio of T.brev T069 wettable powder were determined,i.e.conidia powder accounted for 20%,wetting agent AB-3 accounted for 1%,dispersant NNO accounted for 5%,UV protector ascorbic acid accounted for 1%,and filled with kieselguhr to 100%.The effectiveness of this wettable powder against powdery mildew of tomato was 59.31%.[Conclusions]This wettability powder was measured to exhibit wetting time was 28.73 s,suspension rate was 75.76%,pH value was 6.21,and passage rate of 74μm mesh sieve was 95.77%,the number of viable fungi was 1.43×10^(9) CFU/g,the surface tension was(46.44±0.54)mN/m after dilution according to the aqueous solution with the used concentration of 3000 mg/L.All indicators conform to the standards of commercial preparationsand have a certain effect on the prevention of tomato powdery mildew.This study laid the foundation for the factory production and formulation development of T.brev T069 wettable powder.
