摘  要:[目的]建立适用于检测大批次低浓度二氢卟吩铁的常量分析方法。[方法]采用XDB-C_(18)填料的不锈钢反相色谱柱,在检测波长399 nm,柱温25℃等条件下,采用乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(体积比55∶45)作为流动相,对0.02%二氢卟吩铁可溶粉剂中有效成分和助剂进行分离和定量分析。[结果]在有效成分中氯化二氢卟吩e6合铁占比最大。在0.01~5 mg/L范围内,2种二氢卟吩铁的质量浓度和峰面积都呈线性关系,方法标准偏差分别为0.007和0.009,变异系数分别为0.37%和0.79%,平均回收率分别为100.08%和99.77%。[结论]该HPLC分析方法可以用于检测和分析样品中的二氢卟吩铁含量。[Aims]This study aims to establish a macro analysis method suitable for the detection of large batches of low-concentration iron chlorin.[Methods]Using a stainless steel reversed phase chromatography column with XDB-C_(18) packing,under the conditions of detection wavelength of 399 nm,column temperature of 25℃,mobile phase with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water(55:45,by vol),solvable for two kinds of 0.02%chlorin iron,the active components and additives were separated and quantitatively analyzed.[Results]Among the active ingredients,chlorinated e6 iron accounts for the largest proportion.In the range of 0.01-5 mg/L,the mass concentration and peak area of the two chlorin iron were linearly related,the standard deviations of the method were 0.007 and 0.009,the coefficients of variation were 0.37 and 0.79%,and the average recoveries were 100.08 and 99.77%,respectively.[Conclusions]This HPLC analysis method can be used to detect and analyze the iron content of chlorin in samples.
