摘　　要：[目的]建立液相色谱法测定4%吡醚·咯·戊唑醇种子处理悬浮剂的定量分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-水-冰乙酸(体积比70∶30∶0.5)为流动相,使用C18色谱柱,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,选择210 nm波长检测。[结果]吡唑醚菌酯、咯菌腈、戊唑醇的标准偏差分别为0.03、0.01、0.02;变异系数分别为1.0%、2.81%、2.59%;平均回收率分别为100.5%、99.8%、100.2%;线性相关系数分别为0.9985、0.9984、0.9996。[结论]该方法操作简便快捷,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好。[Aims]A HPLC method for analysising pyraclostrobin·fludioxonil·tebuconazole 4%FS was established.[Methods]Acetonitrile water glacial acetic acid(70:30:0.5,by vol)was used as the mobile phase,C18 column was used,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and 210 nm wavelength was selected for detection.[Results]The standard deviations of pyraclostrobin,fludioxonil and tebuconazole were 0.03,0.01 and 0.02 respectively.The coefficients of variation were 1.0,2.81 and 2.59%respectively.The average recoveries were 100.5,99.8 and 100.2%respectively.The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9985,0.9984 and 0.9996 respectively.[Conclusions]The method is simple and rapid,with high accuracy and precision and good linear correlation.
