摘  要:[目的]明确吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和啶虫脒在露地芹菜中的沉积、分布和消解规律,在湖南、浙江和山东进行田间试验。[方法]采用液质联用仪检测,分析了不同时间不同部位(叶、茎、根和土)的样品中农药残留量。[结果]露地栽培体系中3种新烟碱类农药的沉积规律为叶>茎>土壤>根;在同一地区内芹菜种植体系中3种新烟碱类农药的含量随时间推移的分布规律大致相同,整个试验周期内均以叶中的含量为高;在芹菜叶和茎上的半衰期为1.6~6.1 d。吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和啶虫脒在露地芹菜的食品安全施药阈值为577.9、459.3、258.8 g/hm^(2)。[结论]露地芹菜栽培系统中:叶是农药的主要沉积部位和分布部位,3种新烟碱类农药在芹菜中均为易降解,以登记剂量在芹菜上可以安全使用。试验结果可为农药的科学合理使用提供参考。[Aims]The deposition characteristics,the distribution characteristics and the dissipation dynamics of 3 neonicotinoid pesticides(imidaclotrid,thiamethoxam and acetaniprid)was investigated on open field celery cultivation.The field experiment were designed and conducted in Hunan,Zhejiang and Shandong.[Methods]Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the pesticides of celery samples(leaf,stem,root and soil)at different time after pesticide application.[Results]The amount of 3 neonicotinoid pesticides deposition decreased as celery leaf>celery stem>celery root>soil.The content of 3 neonicotinoid pesticides in the same area had the same distribution pattern over time,and the content in leaves was the highest in the whole experiment period.The degradation half-life in celery leaves and celery stems were 1.6-6.1 d.The food safety maximum allowable dosage of imidaclotrid,thiamethoxam and acetaniprid were 577.9,459.3,258.8 g/ha.[Conclusions]The content of 3 neonicotinoid pesticides in celery leaf were higher than those in other parts,and the dissipation rate of 3 neonicotinoid pesticides were the fastest.It is safe for celery production at recommended doses.The results could provide scientific reference for the rational use of 3 neonicotinoid pesticides on celery under protected cultivation.
