基于古代文献的眉部望诊理论探讨

摘　　要：望诊是中医四诊之首,而头面部望诊是其中重要内容。眉作为面部五官,不仅是美的标志,还具有保护眼睛的功能,现代研究认为其与基因、神经、内分泌的调控密切相关,因而遗传、精神及内分泌疾病可反映于眉。本文根据古代文献中有关眉的记载,梳理了有关中医眉部望诊的理论依据,并通过对眉毛粗细、浓密、长短、曲直、垂扬、倾倒、脱落及眉部的凸起、生疮、颜色和动态变化等内容的分析,归纳其在诊察疾病、辨识体质方面的应用。然而当前诊法鲜有将眉纳入望诊范畴的,因此笔者将古代文献中望眉的内容与现代研究进展相结合,探讨眉部望诊的理论价值和应用方向,以期丰富、发展和完善中医望诊内容,为治未病提供参考依据。Objective Inspection is the first of the four diagnoses in TCM,and inspection of the head and face is an important part of it.A s the facial features,eyebrows are not only a symbol of facial beauty,but also have the function of protecting eyes.Modern research believes that it is closely related to the regulation of genes,nerves and endocrine,so genetic,mental and endocrine diseases can be reflected in the eyebrows.In this paper,according to the record of ancient literature about the eyebrow,combed the relevant brow inspection of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and based on the thickness,thick eyebrows,length,its merits,vertical lift,fall,fall off,and brow raised,sores,color,and the analysis of the dynamic content such as inductive its application in the diagnosis and identification of constitution.Based on the records of eyebrows in ancient documents,this paper sorts out the theoretical basis for the observation of eyebrows in traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzes the thickness,thickness,length,straightness,verticality,falling,falling off,brows,brows,sores,etc.of eyebrows.The analysis of content such as color and dynamic changes summarizes its application in diagnosing diseases and identifying physique.However,the current diagnosis methods rarely include eyebrows in the scope of inspection.Therefore,the author combines the content of eyebrows in ancient literature with modern research progress to discuss the theoretical value and application direction of eyebrow inspection,in order to enrich,develop and improve traditional Chinese medicine.The content of the inspection provides a reference basis for the treatment of the disease.
