外用中药润燥止痒方治疗角化型手部湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中药润燥止痒方外用治疗角化型手部湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月—2021年6月期间于中国中医科学院广安门医院皮肤科门诊就诊的角化型手部湿疹患者98例,采用双盲单模拟、随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各49例。治疗组给予润燥止痒方外敷+硅霜外涂,对照组给予安慰剂外敷+硅霜外涂。治疗4周后,对两组患者临床疗效、手部湿疹严重指数(HECSI)评分及不良反应进行分析和比较。结果治疗后治疗组治疗总有效率为73.47%(36/49),明显高于对照组51.02%(25/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者HECSI评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现不良反应情况。结论润燥止痒方外用治疗角化型手部湿疹疗效明确,安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of external application of Chinese herbal medicine Runzao Zhiyang Fang in the treatment of keratotic hand eczema.Methods A total of 98 patients with keratotic hand eczema who visited the Dermatology Clinic of Guang′anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from April 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by double-blind single simulation.49 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the external application of moisturizing anti-itching formula+silicon cream external application,and the control group was given the placebo external application+silicon cream external application.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,hand eczema severity index(HECSI)score and adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.47%(36/49),which was significantly higher than that of the control group,51.02%(25/49),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the HECSI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The external application of Runzao Zhiyang Decoction in the treatment of keratotic hand eczema has a clear curative effect and is safe and reliable.
