摘　　要：围手术期患者往往由于疾病本身、手术创伤应激以及禁食等原因存在营养不良的风险,口服营养补充作为营养治疗的首选方式在围手术期广泛应用。对围手术期口服营养补充的作用、使用方法、不良反应及应对方法予以综述,旨在了解口服营养补充在围手术期应用的现状,为接下来口服营养补充在围手术期的应用研究提供参考。Patients in the perioperative period are often at risk of malnutrition due to the disease itself,surgical trauma,stress,and fasting.Oral nutritional supplementation is widely used in the perioperative period as the first choice for nutritional therapy.This article summarizes the effects,usage,adverse reactions and coping methods of oral nutritional supplementation during perioperative period,aiming to understand the current status of oral nutritional supplementation in perioperative period,and provide reference for subsequent application research of oral nutritional supplementation in perioperative period.
