摘　　要：中国民航局、国家发改委、交通运输部印发了“十四五”民用航空发展规划,明确提出加快扩大5G、大数据、区块链、人工智能、北斗系统等技术民航应用,意味着未来几年民航领域人才需求大大增加。机场运行专业抓住时代潮流,专业人才培养同虚拟仿真相结合,利用虚拟仿真技术创造国内知名机场的VR实训场地,打破了实训场地的限制,降低了成本和风险性,切实为民航领域人才的培养发挥了重要作用。随着5G技术日渐成熟,航空5G应用已经拉开了帷幕,虚拟仿真技术在航空领域应用也会越来越广泛。The Civil Aviation Administration of China,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport have issued the civil aviation development plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan,and clearly put forward to accelerate the expansion of 5G,big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence,Beidou system and other technologies for civil aviation application,which means that the demand for talents in the field of civil aviation will increase greatly in the next few years.Airport operation specialty seizes the trend of the times,combines professional talent training with virtual simulation,and uses virtual simulation technology to create VR training venues for domestic well-known airports,breaking the restrictions of training venues,reducing costs and risks,and playing an important role in the cultivation of talents in the field of civil aviation.With the maturity of 5G technology,aviation 5G application has begun,and virtual simulation technology will be more and more widely used in aviation field.
