摘　　要：众所周知,乒乓球运动是现代人最喜爱的球类运动之一,我国乒乓球更是在国际上赢得了巨大荣誉。对于乒乓球运动而言,好的接发球技术便是赢球的开始,因此,在乒乓球训练教学中,发球和接发球技术的培训尤为关键。好的发球技术不仅可以帮助运动员在一开始便占据先机,争取主动,还可以帮助运动员扭转比赛局势,为赢得比赛提供强大助力。As we all know,table tennis is one of the most popular ball games in modern people,and China's table tennis has won great honor in the world.For table tennis,good service receiving technology is the beginning of winning.Therefore,in table tennis training and teaching,the training of service and service receiving technology is particularly key.Good service technology can help athletes take the lead and take the initiative at the beginning,while good service receiving technology can help athletes reverse the situation of the game and provide strong help to win the game.
