高校体育舞蹈专业学生体能训练现状分析与优化策略——以安徽师范大学为例

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等研究方法对高校体育舞蹈专业体能训练现状进行研究。旨在了解高校体育舞蹈专业体能训练的现状,进而针对可能出现的问题提出相应的建议,目的是提高体能训练的质量。结果表明:安徽师范大学体育学院体育舞蹈专业的教师专项技术的教授很好,但在体能训练方面,训练内容和方法单一,需要补充相关体能训练方面的知识。此外,由于体育舞蹈专项学生体能训练意识不强,专项技术与专项体能训练的连接还不够紧密,导致体能训练缺乏科学性、系统性、针对性,从而降低了实际中体能训练的效果与质量。建议:优化教师有关体能训练的专业理论知识;制定体育舞蹈体能训练评价制度;丰富体育舞蹈体能训练模式;增加体能训练的时间,但要注意体能训练后的恢复。This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to study the current situation of physical training of sports dance specialty in colleges and universities.The purpose is to understand the current situation of physical training of Sports Dance major in colleges and universities,and then put forward corresponding suggestions for possible problems,in order to improve the quality of their physical training.The results show that the teachers of Sports Dance major in the College of Physical Education of Anhui Normal University are very good,but the content and method of physical training are single,and the knowledge of relevant physical training needs to be supplemented.In addition,due to the weak awareness of physical training of sports dance students,the connection between special technology and special physical training is not close enough,resulting in the lack of scientific,systematic and targeted physical training,which reduces the effect and quality of physical training in practice.Suggestions:Optimize teachers'professional theoretical knowledge about physical training;Formulate the evaluation system of physical fitness training of sports dance;Enrich the physical training mode of sports dance;Increase the time of physical training,but pay attention to the recovery after physical training.
