摘　　要：该文通过文献资料法和对比分析法,主要阐述与分析健美操传统教学模式的不足之处,“线下+线上”教学模式的发展现状,以及与传统教学模式进行对比分析,从中找出“线下+线上”健美操教学模式在发展中存在的问题,并对“线上+线下”健美操教学模式常态化发展中所存在的问题提出对策和建议:第一,加强教学管理水平;第二,提升教师综合实力;第三,激发学生学习动力。Through the methods of literature and comparative analysis,this paper mainly expounds and analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional aerobics teaching mode,the development status of the"online+offline"teaching mode,and makes a comparative analysis with the traditional teaching mode,so as to find out the problems existing in the redevelopment of the"online+offline"aerobics teaching mode.Then it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the normalization development of"online+offline"aerobics teaching mode:First,strengthen the level of teaching management;Second,improve teachers'comprehensive strength;Third,stimulate students'learning motivation.
