摘　　要：家庭体育指导员人才培养不仅是新时代体育强国建设发展的现实需求,更是“健康第一”生命健康意识深入人心,疫情新常态背景下非常值得关注的问题。在“双减”政策背景下,该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对我国家庭体育指导员人才培养的必要性、可行性进行分析,进而探索中国特色家庭体育指导员人才培养新路径。研究表明:推动家庭体育发展,保障每位家庭成员都能科学参与体育锻炼,提升家庭成员体育参与质量是家庭体育指导员人才培养必要性的充分体现;“双减”政策背景下“健康第一”生命健康意识的提高,社会经济、环境的转变与家庭体育发展的现实诉求,为家庭体育指导员人才培养提供了可能。The talent training of family sports instructors is not only the realistic demand of the construction and development of a sports power in the new era,but also a very noteworthy issue under the background of the new normal of the epidemic situation.Under the background of the"double reduction"policy,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the talent training of family sports instructors in China by using the research methods of literature and logical analysis.Then it explores a new path of the talent training of family sports instructors with Chinese characteristics.The research shows that promoting the development of family sports,ensuring that every family member can participate in physical exercise scientifically and improving the quality of family members'sports participation are the full embodiment of the necessity of training family sports instructors;Under the background of"double reduction"policy,the improvement of"health first"life and health awareness,the transformation of social economy and environment and the practical demands of family sports development provide the possibility for the talent training of family sports instructors.
