紫外线消毒血液标本对临床检测指标的影响评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫外线照射标本前后对血清中检测指标表达水平的影响。方法:选取2021年4月—9月在山西医科大学附属汾阳医院住院的患者标本(模拟有传染性的标本)40例。用电化学发光法对紫外线照射前后的标本进行检测。分析c-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌红蛋白(MYO)的水平变化。结果:MYO照射后的表达水平与紫外线照射前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CRP、PCT、ALT、AST、CKMB的表达水平均较照射前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其结果均有较好的临床一致性和显著相关性,用回归方程校正后,仍具有参考价值。结论:紫外线消毒血液标本对部分项目无明显影响,部分项目检测值明显降低,但通过校正后仍具有参考价值。Objective To investigate the effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the expression level of detection indexes in serum.Methods 40 patient specimens(simulated infectious specimens)hospitalized in Fenyang Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from April to September 2021 were collected.The samples before and after ultraviolet irradiation were detected by electrochemiluminescence.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and myoglobin(myo)were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the expression level of myo after irradiation compared with that before ultraviolet irradiation(P>0.05);The expression levels of CRP,PCT,alt,AST and CKMB were significantly lower than those before irradiation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results had good clinical consistency and significant correlation.After correction with regression equation,they still had reference value.Conclusion Ultraviolet disinfection of blood samples has no significant impact on some items,and the detection values of some items are significantly reduced,but it still has reference value after correction.
