摘  要:目的:探究仿生物电刺激对重复人工流产术后患者子宫内膜厚度与血流情况的影响。方法:选取2017年8月—2019年8月河池市人民医院门诊收治的重复人工流产术患者163例,根据患者自愿接受治疗方式(已充分告之患者不同治疗方式的效果)分组为空白组(n=53)、实验组(n=55)、对照组(n=55)。空白组患者采用子宫内膜自行修复;实验组给予仿生物电刺激,对照组给予激素治疗。比较三组患者子宫内膜厚度与血流RI结果差异。结果:术后第10、14、21 d,三组患者子宫内膜厚度、血流RI值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者月经复潮后第1个月11~14 d,三组患者子宫内膜厚度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者血流RI值比较,实验组与对照组、空白组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。月经复潮后第2个月11~14 d,三组患者子宫内膜厚度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组血流RI值比较,实验组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);而空白组血流RI值高于实验组与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者术后阴道出血量、出血时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但对照组与实验组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:仿生物电刺激能有效促进重复人工流产术后患者子宫内膜厚度增长,缩短患者术后阴道流血持续时间并降低流血量,改善患者术后子宫内膜血供。Objective To study the effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation on endometrial thickness and blood flow after repeated induced abortion.Methods 163 female patients who underwent repeated induced abortion in the outpatient department of Hechi People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into blank group(n=53),experimental group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The blank group were endometrial repair;The experimental group was given bionic electrical stimulation,and the control group was given hormone treatment.The results of endometrial thickness and blood flow RI in the three groups were compared.Results On the 10th,14th and 21st day after operation,there were significant differences in endometrial thickness and blood flow RI among the three groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in endometrial thickness between the three groups from 11 to 14 days in the first month after menstruation(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in blood flow RI between the three groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in endometrial thickness and blood flow RI among the three groups from 11 to 14 days in the second month after menstruation(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the amount and time of postoperative vaginal bleeding among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Biomimetic electrical stimulation can effectively promote the increase of endometrial thickness after repeated induced abortion,shorten the duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding,and improve the postoperative endometrial blood supply.
