摘 要:为了科学高效开发延长油田陆相页岩气藏,针对页岩气藏存在的表面吸附解吸特征、气体扩散和气体渗流等多尺度渗流机理,构建了页岩气藏压裂水平井三维多尺度渗流数学模型,模拟了页岩气藏水平井的生产动态,并研究了吸附解吸系统、人工裂缝间距、Langmuir体积和人工裂缝导流能力等因素对页岩气藏压裂水平井生产动态的影响。研究结果表明:1)不考虑页岩气藏表面吸附解吸特征会低估日产气量,产量误差可达56%以上;2)人工裂缝间距对于页岩气初期产量影响很小,间距越小,缝间干扰越强,产量降低更快;3)Langmuir体积、人工裂缝导流能力和人工裂缝长度参数越好,初始产量越大,但在进入稳产阶段后,日产气量几乎趋于一致,对于实际生产井,人工裂缝参数存在一个经济最优取值。该研究成果为页岩气藏压裂水平井的压裂优化设计及进一步预测页岩气藏产气量提供了理论依据,对合理开发延长油田陆相页岩气藏具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。In order to scientifically and efficiently develop the continental shale gas reservoirs in Yanchang Oilfield,a three-dimensional multiscale seepage mathematical model for shale gas fractured horizontal well was established in view of the multiscale seepage mechanisms such as surface adsorption and desorption characteristics,gas diffusion and gas seepage in shale reservoirs.The production dynamics of horizontal wells in shale gas reservoirs was simulated,and the effects of adsorption-desorption system,artificial fracture spacing,Langmuir volume,and artificial fracture conductivity on the production performance of fractured horizontal wells in shale gas reservoirs were studied.The results show that:1)Irrespective of the surface adsorption and desorption characteristics of shale gas reservoirs,the daily gas production will be underestimated,and the production error can reach more than 56%.2)Artificial fracture spacing has little effect on the initial production of shale gas.The smaller the spacing,the stronger the interference between fractures and the faster the production decline.3)The better the Langmuir volume,the conductivity and length parameters of the artificial fractures,the greater the initial production,but after entering the stable production stage,the daily gas production almost tends to be the same.For actual production wells,there is an economically optimal value for the artificial fracture parameters.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of fractured horizontal wells in shale gas reservoirs and further prediction of gas production in shale gas reservoirs,and have important theoretical value and practical significance for the rational development of continental shale gas reservoirs in Yanchang Oilfield.
