摘 要:为降低高强度油井堵水封口剂G521在现场施工过程中的HSE风险,开展了G521高浓度溶液室内优化研究并进行性能评价。室内实验结果表明:1)G521堵水体系配方确定了主剂A的高浓度溶液的质量浓度为40%,G521堵水体系配方为(7%~8%)主剂A+(0.20%~0.25%)黏度调节剂B+(0.20%~0.30%)引发剂C。体系成胶后形成强冻胶,成胶强度达到30×104 mPa·s,封堵能力强,具有良好的耐盐、耐酸、耐氧化性能及耐油性,最佳应用温度为40~80℃,可满足现场做为堵水封口剂的要求。2)优化后的G521堵水体系现场试验11口井,措施有效率达到90.9%,平均日增油1.06 t,平均含水降低27.73%,取得了显著的控水增产效果。以上成果认识,对同类油藏油井高强度控堵水体系研究具有一定借鉴意义。In order to reduce HSE risk during construction process of the high strength oil well water shutoff sealing agent G521,this paper carried out the laboratory optimization research and performance evaluation of G521 high-concentration solution.The results of laboratory experiments show that:1)The G521 water shutoff system formula determines that the mass concentration of the high-concentration solution of the main agent A is 40%.The formula of G521 water shutoff system is(7%~8%)main agent A+(0.20%~0.25%)viscosity modifier B+(0.20%~0.25%)initiator C;After the system is gelled,it form a strong gel with a gel strength of 30×104 mPa·s,which has strong blocking ability,good salt resistance,acid resistance,oxidation resistance and oil resistance,the best application temperature is 40~80℃,and can meet the requirements of the site as a water shutoff sealing agent.2)The optimized G521 water shutoff sealing system was tested in 11 wells.the effective rate of the measures reached 90.9%,the average daily oil increase was 1.06 t,and the average water cut decreased by 27.73%,a significant effect of water control and oil increase has been achieved.The above results can be used for reference in the study of high-strength water shutoff control system of oil wells in similar reservoirs.
