摘 要:目的 以我国省属高校H大学为例,探讨基于医学模拟教学的医学生临床能力培养路径,评价该路径对于卓越医生教育培养的作用和效果。方法 建立仿真模拟医院,对本科临床医学专业四年级学生开展基于模拟教学的临床能力培养,制定标准化、规范化的临床操作流程和评价标准。对比接受该模式训练的H大学2017级临床医学本科专业169名学生(实验组)和未接受该模式训练的同年级175名学生(对照组)的临床能力考核成绩,组织临床教师对学生临床能力作出评价,讨论本研究模拟教学培养路径的实施效果。结果 实验组学生的成绩显著高于对照组,临床教师对实验组学生临床能力的评价也优于对照组。结论 基于医学模拟教学的临床能力培养路径可有效促进高年级医学生临床操作、临床思维等多方面能力的提升,助力于新发展阶段卓越医生教育培养计划2.0目标的实现。Objective Taking University H,a domestic provincial university,as an example,we explored the path of clinical competence training for medical students based on medical simulation teaching.We evaluated the role and effect of the path on the training of Excellent Doctors.Methods A mock simulation hospital was established to develop clinical competence training based on simulation teaching for fourth-year undergraduate clinical medicine students and developed standardized clinical operation procedures and evaluation criteria.The clinical competence assessment scores of 169 students of the 2017 undergraduate clinical medicine program at H University who received training in this model(experimental group)and 175 students of the same year who did not receive training in this model(control group)were compared,and clinical teachers were selected to evaluate the students'clinical competence;then,the effect of the simulation teaching training program implemented in this study was discussed.Results The students'performance in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the clinical teachers'evaluation of the student's clinical competence in the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Clinical capability training route based on medical simulation teaching can effectively promote the improvement of senior medical students'clinical operation,clinical thinking,and other aspects of ability,which can help achieve the goal of Excellent Doctor education and training program(ver.2.0)in the new development stage.
