玻璃酸钠联合针灸治疗干眼症的疗效及对患者炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃酸钠联合针灸治疗干眼症的疗效及对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法:将干眼症患者100例运用随机分配方法分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组患者予玻璃酸钠滴眼液,每日3~5次,每次1滴,单眼每日滴眼不超过5次。治疗组患者在对照组基础上予透刺与普通针刺结合的方法。两组均治疗20天。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分(主症)、白细胞介素4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、干扰素γ(interferon γ,IFN-γ)、泪蛋白表达水平变化、基础泪液分泌试验(schirmer I test,SIt)、视觉相关生存质量量表评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者中医主症症状积分,IL-4、IFN-γ、泪蛋白表达水平,SIt及视觉相关生存质量评分较治疗前改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为94%(47/54),高于对照组的66%(33/50)(χ2=15.604)。结论:玻璃酸钠联合针灸可延缓干眼症患者炎症反应,增加泪蛋白含量,提高泪液分泌量,改善目干涩疼痛、瘙痒等症状,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe clinical effects of sodium hyaluronate and acupuncture in the treatment of xerophthalmia and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factor.Methods:A total of 100 patients were separated into the control group and the treatment group by using random assignment method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received sodium hyaluronate eye drops in one eye,three to five times a day,one drop each time no more than 5 times a day in one eye.The treatment group adopted therapeutic methods of penetration needling and common acupuncture based on the therapy the control group accepted,treating for 20 days.To observe TCM syndrome scores(main symptoms),the levels of IL-4,IFN-γ,the expressions of dacryolin,SIt,visual related quality of life scale score and clinical effecs before and after treatment between both groups.Results:After the treatment,TCM syndrome scores(main symptoms),the levels of IL-4,IFN-γ,the expressions of dacryolin,SIt and visual related quality of life scale scores in both groups were improved compared with these before treating,the improvements of the treatment group were superior to these of the control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%(47/54),higher than 66%(33/50) of the control group(χ2=15.604).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate and acupuncture in the treatment of xerophthalmia could delay the patients’ inflammation,increase the contents of dacryolin and tear secretion,improve such symptoms as dry eyes,pain and itching,and lift clinical effects.
