摘 要:在石油炼化、熔融盐导热、固体燃料电池等高温处理领域,生产工艺以采用越来越高的温度来获得新材料或提高生产效率,装置的大型化和环保排放要求的严苛都促进了高温场合用密封材料的开发。文章针对一般非金属密封垫片材料的应用局限和高温场合应用的市场需求,提出了可高温场合应用的密封材料——硅酸镁基密封垫片材料,介绍了其典型配方、制造工艺和可供应型式。通过测量硅酸镁基密封垫片材料的物理性能和测试其应用特性,包括将其与其它多种非金属超高温垫片的热失重进行对比测试,结果表明:高温场合用硅酸镁基密封垫片应用于法兰连接时,在保持物性和密封性能方面具有卓越表现。Higher and higher process temperatures are employed in high-temperature applications including chemical refinery,heat transferring by molten salt and solid fuel cell to quicken production and synthesize new materials.Larger equipment for mass production and more stringent supervision of emissions to environment also push the development of the sealing materials for high temperature applications.In view of the limitations of general non-metallic gasket materials and the market demand for high-temperature applications,this paper proposes a sealing material for high-temperature applications which is magnesium silicate-based gasket material.It introduces the typical structure,manufacturing process and available profiles of magnesium silicate-based gasket for high temperature applications.By measuring the physical properties of the magnesium silicate-based gasket material and testing its application characteristics including comparing its thermal weight loss with those of various other non-metallic ultra-high temperature gaskets,the results show that the magnesium silicate-based gasket for high temperature applications has excellent performance in maintaining physical properties and sealing performance when applied to flange connections.
