摘  要:原油库的大气环境影响预测中,不同的源强情景设定会导致不同的预测结果。系统介绍了原油储罐大气污染物的排放类型和特点,以及原油罐区大气影响预测过程。分析阐述了原油罐区无组织排放的源强情景,并设定了3种源强情景,以某商储库为例进行大气影响预测对比。原油罐区无组织排放的源强情景应根据当地气象条件、地形以及环境敏感点的分布灵活选取,以获得科学、合理、有效的大气影响预测结果。In the prediction of atmospheric environmental impact of crude oil tank farms,different source intensity scenarios will lead to different prediction results.This paper systematically introduces the emission types and characteristics of atmospheric pollutants in crude oil storage tanks as well as the prediction process of atmospheric impact in crude oil tank farms.It analyzes and describes the source intensity scenarios of fugitive emissions from crude oil tank farms and sets up three source intensity scenarios.Taking a commercial storage tank as an example,the paper compares the atmospheric impact prediction.The source intensity scenarios of fugitive emissions from crude oil tank farms should be flexibly selected according to local meteorological conditions,topography and the distribution of environmentally sensitive points so as to obtain scientific,reasonable and effective atmospheric impact prediction results.
