摘  要:煤矿矿井水井下处理成本高、效率低,处理方法单一,矿井水处理装置井下环境适应性差、处理后水质不达标。为构建淮南矿区煤矿矿井水处理利用技术体系,实现对矿井水的有效处理和利用,针对煤矿井下乳化液配制的高品质用水需求,研究了不同孔径过滤介质对矿井水中颗粒物的去除能力。得出采用滤材为50μm+20μm+10μm的组合过滤方案,在进水浊度为130 NTU以下时,出水浊度能小于3 NTU,满足深度处理进水需要。试验得出反渗透和纳滤相结合的方案能实现对矿井水盐分的高效去除,Cl^(-)、Na^(+)、HCO^(-)_(3)等一价离子去除率超过90%;SO^(2-)_(4)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)等二价离子去除率超过99%;研发了矿井水井下处理后回用为综采工作面乳化液配制用水工艺;开发了MK-RHY-BP型乳化液配制用水处理设备。实现了将矿井水在井下深度处理后直接回用于乳化液配制用水,拓宽了矿井水处理和利用途径,提高了矿井水利用率。Aiming at the problems of high cost,low efficiency,single treatment method,poor adaptability to the underground environment of the coal mine water treatment device,and substandard water quality after treatment,the coal mine water treatment and utilization technology system in Huainan mining area has been constructed to realize the effective treatment and utilization of coal mine water.Accordingr to the demand of high quality water prepared by emulsion in underground coal mine,the removal ability of particulate matter in coal mine water by filter media with different pore sizes was studied.It was concluded that the combined filtration scheme with filter material of 50μm+20μm+10μm was adopted.The scheme could make the influent with turbidity less than 130 NTU become the effluent with turbidity less than 3 NTU,which could meet the need of in-depth treatment of influent.Aiming at the high-chloride-type and high-salinity coal mine water quality in Huainan mining area,the test shows that the combination of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration can achieve high-efficiency removal of salt in coal mine water,and the removal rate of monovalent ions such as Cl^(-),Na^(+),HCO^(-)_(3) exceeds 90%;the removal rate of SO^(2-)_(4),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)and other divalent ions exceeds 99%;it developed the process of coal mine water downhole treatment and reuse to prepare water for fully mechanized mining face emulsion;and it developed the MK-RHY-BP emulsion preparation water treatment equipment,which realized that the coal mine water was directly reused for the emulsion preparation water after deep treatment underground,broadened the ways of mine water treatment and utilization,and improved the utilization rate of mine water.
