董家河煤矿县西河下安全开采多因素分析

摘　　要：综合分析董家河煤矿水文地质条件后,判断出22509工作面开采受到地表县西河和煤层底板奥灰水的威胁;通过分析22509工作面开采后覆岩破坏一般规律,结合地质资料和经验公式,计算出22509工作面“两带”高度,垮落带发育最大高度20.26 m,导水裂缝带发育最大高度79.92 m;结合矿井充水规律,依据“大井法”对22509工作面生产期间的涌水量进行预计,得出最大涌水量为47.7 m^(3)/h;根据工作面防水安全煤岩柱留设要求,推导出防水安全煤岩柱最小高度111.63 m,由于22509工作面范围内基岩柱厚度介于321.40~371.77 m,远大于《规程》要求的防水安全煤岩柱最小尺寸,因此22509工作面满足县西河下5号煤层安全开采的防水安全煤岩柱留设要求,同时提出了22509工作面生产期间需密切关注煤层底板奥灰水,有效指导了22509工作面的安全生产。Based on the comprehensive analysis of the hydrogeological conditions of Dongjiahe Coal Mine,it is judged that the mining of 22509 working face is threatened by the Xianxi river and the Ordovician limestone water under the floor of coal seam.By analyzing the general law of overburden failure after mining of 22509 working face,combined with geological data and empirical formula,the height of“two zones”in 22509 working face is calculated,the maximum height of caving zone is 20.26 m,and the maximum height of water flowing fracture zone is 79.92 m.Combined with the law of mine water filling,according to the“big well method”,the water inflow during the production period of 22509 working face is predicted,and the maximum water inflow is 47.7 m^(3)/h.According to the requirements of waterproof coal and rock pillar in working face,the minimum height of waterproof coal and rock pillar is deduced to be 111.63 m.Because the thickness of bedrock pillar in 22509 working face is between 321.40~371.77 m,which is much larger than the minimum size of waterproof coal and rock pillar required by the regulations,22509 working face meets the requirements of waterproof coal and rock pillar for safe mining of No.5 coal seam under Xianxi river.At the same time,it is proposed that attention should be paid to Ordovician limestone water in coal seam floor during the production period of 22509 working face,which effectively guides the safe production of 22509 working face.
