摘  要:针对中厚煤层地质条件复杂、煤与瓦斯突出等动力灾害威胁大、井下安全系数低等问题,根据蒙大纳林河二号井煤层赋存情况,为实现中厚煤层综采工作面智能化发展,研发了集本地控制、顺槽集中控制和地面远程控制于一体的中厚煤层综采工作面远程智能监控系统。通过视频监测技术对设备及环境等信息进行监测,在控制面板上实现了设备的“一键启停”;运用多传感器技术、数字孪生驱动技术和VR/AR技术实现综采工作面的三维可视化以及设备的实时监测与控制;采用EtherNet/IP通信技术实现地面监控中心与顺槽控制中心的数据交互。将上述关键技术在蒙大纳林河煤矿进行应用,实践结果表明,综采工作面远程智能监控系统实现了中厚煤层综采工作面远程监控,提高了井下生产效率和工作人员的安全系数,实现了综采工作面少人化智能开采,为无人化开采奠定了基础。In view of the complex geological conditions of medium-thick coal seams,the great threat of dynamic disasters such as coal and gas outbursts,and the low safety factor of underground coal mine,according to the occurrence of coal seams in Nalinhe No.2 Coal Mine,the remote intelligent monitoring system integrating local control,centralized control in mining roadway and ground remote control for fully mechanized mining face with medium and thick coal seam has been developed to realize the intelligent development of fully mechanized mining face in medium and thick coal seams.Use video monitoring technology to monitor equipment and environment information,realize the“one-click start and stop”of equipment on the control panel;use multi-sensor technology,digital twin drive technology and VR/AR technology to realize three-dimensional visualization of fully mechanized mining face and real-time monitoring and control of equipment;EtherNet/IP communication technology is adopted to realize the data interaction between the ground monitoring center and the control center.The key technologies are tested and verified in Mengda Nalinhe Coal Mine.The results show that the remote intelligent monitoring system for fully mechanized mining face realizes remote monitoring of fully mechanized mining face in medium and thick coal seams,which improves underground production efficiency and the safety factor of workers.It has realized the intelligent mining with few people in the fully mechanized mining face,laying the foundation for unmanned mining.
