摘 要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体和氮化硼(BN)为填料,采用聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)作相容剂,通过双螺杆挤出机制备出PP/BN复合材料。通过力学测试和热分析研究了PP-g-MAH对PP/BN复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:当加入PP-g-MAH相容剂的质量分数小于2%时,PP/BN复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均降低。当PP-g-MAH相容剂添加质量分数达到2%时,PP/BN复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度和冲击强度不再降低,其中拉伸强度和断裂伸长率基本上保持不变,而弯曲强度和冲击强度开始呈现升高趋势。PP/BN composites were prepared by twin-screw extrusion with with polypropylene(PP)as matrix,boron nitride(BN)as filler and polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride(PP-g-MAH)as compatibilizer.The effects of PP-g-MAH on the properties of PP/BN composites were studied by mechanical testing and thermal analysis.The research results show that the tensile strength and breaking elongation of PP/BN composites decreased when the mass fraction of PP-g-MAH compatibilizer was less than 2%.And when that was 2%,the tensile strength,breaking elongation,bending strength and impact strength of PP/BN composites no longer decrease,the tensile strength,and breaking elongation remained basically unchanged,while the bending and impact strengths began to show an upward trend.
