摘 要:提出了一种分离二氯苯异构体混合物的新方法。实验以二氯苯混合物为原料,对溴氯苯为共晶剂,在低温下经过三次共晶后得到含量超过98%间二氯苯。产物经质谱、红外、核磁谱图等数据进行定性分析。与其他分离二氯苯异构体的方法相比,本方法操作简单、绿色安全、污染小并且能耗少,分离过程基本无物料损失,具有很高的工业化应用价值。A new method for the separation of dichlorobenzene isomers was proposed.Using dichlorobenzene mixture as raw material and p-bromochlorobenzene as eutectic agent,the content of m-DCB is more than 98% after three times eutectic at low temperature.The products were qualitatively analyzed by mass spectrometry,IR and NMR.Compared with other methods for separating dichlorobenzene isomers,this method has the advantages of simple operation,green and safe,less pollution,less energy consumption,basically no material loss in the separation process,and has high industrial application value.
