摘  要:建立了一种电热消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)用于石灰石浆液中铝元素的检测方法。样品经6 mL稀硝酸(硝酸与水体积比1∶1)、2mL稀盐酸(盐酸与水体积比1∶1)于100℃下电热消解后,利用ICP-AES进行定量分析。对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪的谱线、RF功率和泵速进行了考察,选择谱线为396.152 nm、RF功率为1150 W、泵速为50 r/min为最优条件。在优化的条件下进行检测,本方法的检出限为0.0018 mg/L,加标回收率在93.5%~96.0%,相对标准偏差为1.97%。该方法具有操作方便,分析快速、准确,检测限低,重现性好等优点,适用于日常的石灰石浆液中铝的检测。An electric heating digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)method was established for the detection of Al in limestone slurry.The samples were digested with 6 mL diluted nitric acid(V(nitric acid)∶V(water)=1∶1)and 2 mL diluted hydrochloric acid(V(hydrochloric acid)∶V(water)=1∶1)at 100℃,and then quantitatively analyzed by ICP-AES.The spectrum lines,RF power and pump speed of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer were investigated.The spectrum line of 396.152 nm,with the RF power of 1150 W and the pump speed of 50 r/min were selected.Under the optimized conditions,the method was used for the detection of aluminum in limestone slurry with the detection limit of 0.0018 mg/L,recoveries between 93.5% and 96.0%,and the relative standard deviation of 1.97%.This method is simple,efficient and accurate with low detection limit and high reproducibility,which can be applied to the daily detection of Al in limestone slurry.
