摘　　要：综述了盐酸浓缩装置工作原理及装置运行过程中异常情况处置措施与设备的运行维保。对现有盐酸浓缩生产工艺在节能、环保、降低能耗方面进行了技术剖析,通过工艺改进,降低了生产能耗,减少了运行成本。The operating principle of the hydrochloric acid concentration unit and the unusual situation during the operation of the unit disposal measures and the operation protection of the device are reviewed.A technical dissection of the existing hydrochloric acid enrichment production process in terms of energy saving,environmental protection and energy consumption reduction was performed,so that through process improvement,the production energy consumption was reduced and the operation cost was reduced.
