摘  要:通过对1,2,3-三氯丙烷间歇精馏塔的流程模拟,分析了精馏塔塔顶压力、塔板数及回流比对塔顶馏出产品纯度的影响。结果表明,在保持其他工况条件不变的情况下,当精馏塔塔顶压力在3~27 kPa;塔板数在12块板;回流比在5~8时均可获得纯度较高的塔顶馏出产品1,2,3-三氯丙烷。也进一步验证了间歇精馏塔非常适用于小规模、分批次、多品种、高附加值产品的生产或有特殊精馏要求的场合。In this paper,the effects of the top pressure,number of plates and reflux ratio on the purity of the distillation products at the top of the rectification column were analyzed by simulating the process of the 1,2,3-trichloropropane batch distillation column.The results show that under the condition of keeping other working conditions unchanged,when the top pressure of the distillation tower is 3~27 kPa;the number of plates is 12 plates;and the reflux ratio is 5~8,the purification of the top distillate product 1,2,3-trichloropropane can be obtained.And the batch distillation column is very suitable for the production of small-scale,batched,multi-variety,high value-added products or the occasion of special distillation requirements.
