摘  要:目前,工业中光气合成冷却介质有水性液体和非水性液体两大类,通过对这两类冷却介质的优缺点分析及对比,推荐优先采用水性液体作为光气合成的冷却介质,在能保证装置安全的同时,还可一定程度上降低装置投资和运行成本,希冀分析内容和结论能为业内人士提供一定的参考和帮助。同时,鉴于光气合成涉及国家重点监管的危险化学品及危险化工工艺,提出了保障光气合成装置安全的建议措施。At present,there are two types of cooling media for phosgene synthesis in industry,aqueous liquid and non-aqueous liquid.Through the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of cooling media,aqueous liquid is preferentially recommended as the coolant for phosgene synthesis,which can not only ensure the safety of the unit,but also reduce the investment and operation cost of the unit to a certain extent.It is hoped that the analysis contents and conclusions can provide some reference and help for people in the industry.At the same time,in view of the fact that phosgene synthesis involves hazardous chemicals and hazardous chemical processes under key supervision,suggestions and measures to ensure the safety of phosgene synthesis unit are put forward.
